How it works

  1. List a passSay which gym, what kind of pass and when it runs out. You set the price and it’s shown on the listing.
  2. Someone asks for itA climber who wants it sends a request. You pick who gets it.
  3. Meet at the gymThe money and the handover happen at the gym, between the two of you. Spare never takes payment.

Questions

Is Spare a shop?
No. It is a noticeboard. A listing shows the price the lister has set, and any payment and handover happens in person at the gym.
Can I pass on a climbing gym day pass in Bangkok?
You can list one on Spare. Whether a particular pass can be passed to someone else depends on that gym’s own terms, so check with the gym before you hand it over.
